Terms of Service – Squadrivo

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms govern your use of the game Squadrivo – both the mobile app and the web version at hra.squadrivo.cz (the "game") – and related services, including the squadrivo.cz website.

1.2 The game is operated by Dominik Vachun, Jablonského 474, 379 01 Třeboň, email kontakt@squadrivo.cz ("we", "us").

1.3 By creating an account or playing the game, you agree to these terms. The Community Rules (squadrivo.cz/rules) form part of these terms. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (squadrivo.cz/privacy).

1.4 If you downloaded the game from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the game; however, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

2. Account

2.1 You must be at least 13 years old to play. You provide your year and month of birth when registering, and protections for younger players are applied automatically based on your age (see Privacy Policy, section 7).

2.1a Players under 18 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to accept these terms and to make in-game purchases. We recommend that parents use parental controls in the App Store (Family Sharing – "Ask to Buy") or Google Play (Google Family Link / purchase approval).

2.1b What you need to create an account. An account is created only when all of the following are met. If anything is missing, the form will not let you register and a message below the form tells you what to fix:

• a valid email address that is not already used by another account (if you already have an account, use "Log in"),
• a password of at least 8 characters,
• your month and year of birth,
• an age of at least 13. If the age entered does not qualify, registration from that device is blocked for 24 hours,
• the ticked box confirming that you accept these Terms and the Community Rules.

After too many failed attempts (10 within 10 minutes), registration and login are temporarily blocked for a few minutes to protect accounts.

2.2 Provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for your account – do not share your login details with anyone.

2.3 Your account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, buying, renting or sharing accounts is prohibited.

2.4 Nicknames must not be offensive, vulgar, misleading (e.g. impersonating the Squadrivo team) or infringe the rights of others. We may change an inappropriate nickname.

2.5 You can delete your account at any time in the game or at squadrivo.cz/delete-account.

3. Licence to the game

3.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2 The game, its code, graphics, sounds, name and the Squadrivo logo are protected by copyright and other rights. You may not copy, modify, sell or decompile them unless expressly permitted by law.

3.3 Creating videos, streams and screenshots of the game is allowed and welcome, including monetising them (YouTube, Twitch, etc.), as long as they do not give the impression of being official Squadrivo content.

4. Code of conduct

4.1 Follow the Community Rules when playing. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• cheat – use cheats, bots, hacks, macros, modified versions of the game or exploit bugs,
• harass, insult, threaten or spread hate,
• publish other people's personal data,
• spam, scam, or offer game items or accounts for real money,
• disrupt the game's servers and infrastructure.

4.2 Report bugs you find to kontakt@squadrivo.cz – do not exploit them.

5. Moderation and sanctions

5.1 You can report in-game content (messages, nicknames) directly in the game or at abuse@squadrivo.cz. We review reports without undue delay.

5.2 If you breach these terms or the Community Rules, depending on severity we may: remove content, temporarily restrict chat, temporarily suspend your account, or permanently terminate your account.

5.3 We will inform you of any restriction and give the reason. You can appeal within 6 months at abuse@squadrivo.cz – appeals are reviewed by a human.

5.4 If your account is permanently terminated for a serious breach of these terms, you are not entitled to compensation for unused virtual content, unless the law provides otherwise.

6. Virtual currency and items

6.1 The game lets you earn by playing or buy the virtual currency Rivos and virtual items (kits, badges, stadium styles, goal celebrations, etc.; "virtual content").

6.2 Virtual content has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or sold outside the game. You acquire a licence to use it in the game, not ownership.

6.3 Every offer priced in Rivos also shows an indicative price in real currency. Rivos packs are designed so that items can be bought without unnecessary leftovers. For items with random content, we publish the probabilities of each outcome before purchase.

6.3a Items bought with Rivos are purely cosmetic and give no advantage in matches. We do not use pressure tactics (e.g. "offer disappears in 30 s" countdowns) or offers targeted at players under 18.

6.4 We continuously develop the game. We may adjust the features, appearance or balance of virtual content. If a change would significantly reduce the value of purchased content, we will act in accordance with the law.

7. Purchases, withdrawal and complaints

7.1 In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Purchases in the web game (e.g. "No ads forever") are processed by the payment provider Stripe, and we are the seller. The price including VAT is shown before you confirm a purchase.

7.2 Right of withdrawal: As a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost if, before the purchase, you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent and acknowledgement are part of the purchase process.

7.3 Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the store you purchased from (for web game purchases, email kontakt@squadrivo.cz):

• Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory

7.4 Undelivered or faulty purchases (e.g. Rivos not credited) can be reported to kontakt@squadrivo.cz with the transaction ID. We will resolve them within 30 days.

7.5 Out-of-court dispute resolution: If you are a consumer and we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz, adr.coi.cz).

8. Advertising

The game shows third-party ads (Google AdMob in the app, Google AdSense / H5 Games Ads in the web game), e.g. a banner or an ad between matches. We are not responsible for the content of ads or the products advertised. Ad personalisation settings are described in the Privacy Policy.

8.1 Rewarded videos are optional. The reward (e.g. replaying a match or a club budget bonus) is virtual content under section 6 and has no monetary value. If a video fails to load or you don't finish it, no reward is granted.

8.2 If you buy "No ads forever" in the web game, ads stop showing for that account; optional rewarded videos remain available.

9. Availability and changes to the game

9.1 We aim for continuous operation, but the game may be temporarily unavailable (maintenance, outages, updates).

9.2 We may change the game and add or remove features. The latest version may be required to play.

9.3 We may discontinue the game. We will announce this at least 30 days in advance and stop sales of virtual content beforehand.

10. Liability

10.1 We provide the game as is, with the care of a diligent operator.

10.2 We are not liable for damage caused by other players, outages of third-party services (Apple, Google, internet providers) or force majeure.

10.3 These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to personal injury, or to other cases where liability cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will notify you of significant changes in the game or by email at least 14 days in advance. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account. By continuing to play after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

12. Final provisions

12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you do not lose the protection afforded by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

12.2 If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
