Delete your Squadrivo account

You can delete your Squadrivo account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: In the game (fastest)

• Open the game and sign in.
• Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
• Confirm the deletion.

Option 2: By email

If you no longer have the game installed, email privacy@squadrivo.cz from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Account deletion", and include your nickname. If you signed in with Google or Apple, include that account's email. We may ask for additional details to verify your identity. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• your account (email, nickname, login credentials), year and month of birth,
• game progress, stats, friends, teams,
• chat messages,
• purchased Rivos and items – permanently.

What we keep and for how long

• purchase records (transaction ID, product, date) – 10 years, as required by accounting law,
• records of an open report or moderation case – until resolved, at most 1 year.
